Beta 8

We have a rather boring update with beta8, which is now live. The only changes are performance-related. If it was already running a fair clip on your computer, then you likely won't notice anything. For mid-range computers it will hopefully run at a faster frame rate, and more consistently.

I know it sounds a little ridiculous that a game as simple as Mini Metro doesn't run at 1000 frames / second, but there are always plenty of opportunities to write obscenely slow code and we took most of them. :)

In other news, there's already a new build (beta8a) with minor changes up on the test branch. Both coders are now working full-time on the project for the rest of 2014. This means we'll hopefully be able to get 2 - 3 builds a week up on to test. New builds will go on to the release branch every 1 - 2 weeks.
