Summary

Likelihood for a stone to be a radioactive node vs floor in the skull cavern, for a difficulty of 1 showing:
a - good base daily luck (+0.1), special charm, Luck buff to give 9 levels (Magic Rock Candy, a Ginger Ale made with Qi Seasoning, and 2 Lucky Rings).
b - good base daily luck (+0.1), special charm.
c - neutral base daily luck (0), special charm.
d - neutral base daily luck (0), no special charm.
e - bad base daily luck (-0.1), special charm.
f - bad base daily luck (-0.1), no special charm.

Note that there is no chance to obtain radioactive ore on any floor divisible by 5. This is not shown in the graph. Note that this is for a difficulty of 1, with either the corresponding Qi Quest active, or the skull toggled into hard mode. If both are active, then the chance is increased equivalent to 100 floors.
