On the Firing Range, they can be found inside an Iron Key Safe.

On the CQC map, they can be found in stacks of 5, in a stack of cases within a locked room.

On Horde Chapel, they can be purchased for $30 per round when interacting with the purchase node of weapons chambered in 7.62×51mm ammunition, to refill all 7.62×51mm magazine attachments of the player. On Horde Potato, the cost is $10 per round.
