On the CQC map, they can be found in stacks of 5 in Weapon Cases scattered across the map.

On Horde Chapel, they can be purchased for $10 per round when interacting with the purchase node of weapons chambered in 5.56x45mm ammunition, to refill all 5.56x45mm magazine attachments of the player. On Horde Potato, the cost is $5 per round.
