Sawmills

There is an unmarked mansion with sawmill facilities located in Yukon, sometimes nicknamed as just "the sawmills". The location can be found to the northwest of Quill Creek. There are five structures at the location: a mansion, two metal canopies, a small shed, and a sawmill building.

The mansion can be looted for various low-end civilian items, food and drinks, and clothing. Two fuel tanks are positioned between the mansion and the small shed. Snowmobiles may spawn next to the shed. The shed, metal canopies, and sawmill building can all be looted for crafting materials and construction equipment.
