设置描述
Calibration is done upon first starting up the game on Android and can be performed at any time through the settings menu. It allows players to fine-tune the offset at which notes hit the judgment line on the screen. The calibration setting is in the form of milliseconds (ms) and the minimum value is 0.0 ms.
It is a two-stage process where two different offsets can be tuned.
Audio-Video
The first offset is the time delay between audio and video. It can be tuned in increments of 0.01s.
It is important to find a calibration setting to suit your preferences and device's needs to perform optimally. This is especially due to the strict timing judgement in Deemo compared to other rhythm games.
If notes hit the judgment line before the audio cues, increase the calibration setting.
If notes hit the judgment line after the audio cues, decrease the calibration setting.
Calibration is necessary for all devices because they have different audio latency, and this offset compensates for the latency.
For a list of user-submitted audio-video offsets, see Offset List.
Video-Detection
The second offset is the time delay between when a note reaches the judgement line and when it gets detected. It can be tuned in increments of 0.005s.
For example, setting it as +0.020 means that notes should be hit 0.02s after they reach the judgement line.
