Charlottetown is the capital city of PEI. It features a strong commercial presence. The town contains a variety of different loot types. This includes more unique loot types such as police-grade firearms, mechanic supplies, and medicine.

There is a diner, fire station, gas station, mechanic shop, hardware store, grocer, pharmacy, police station, and post office. There are also a few houses, and a water tower.
