Courtin Isle

Courtin Isle is is a small, private island in PEI. There is dock house situated along the coast. Behind the dock house is a fuel tank. At the center of the island is a mansion. A short, wooden wall surrounds the perimeter of the mansion. There is a small playground to the south of the mansion, and a shed to the north. An inuksuk can be found behind the shed.

An Otter can spawn at the dock.
