Fernwood Farm

Fernwood Farm is a farm in PEI. There is a barn with grain chutes situated next to a couple grain silos, and wheat field, and a large yellow house. There is a water well by the backdoor of the house.

Farm tools and equipment can be found inside both the red barn, and the yellow house. Various low-tier civilian items can spawn in the house as well. A Tractor can spawn by the silos.
