Investigation Closed: No Disciplinary Action Against Dawid "PROFEK" Święc	调查结束：对PROFEK选手不予处罚
Riot Games recently became aware of potential violations of the Riot Games Esports Global Code of Conduct. In particular, a video was published on X (formerly Twitter) involving the VCT EMEA player Dawid Święc (“PROFEK”) using offensive language during a ranked match in 2022.	拳头游戏近期获悉一起可能违反《拳头游戏全球电竞行为准则》的事件。具体而言，一条在X平台（曾用名Twitter）上发布的视频涉及到了PROFEK选手在2022年的一次排位赛中使用侮辱性语言的事件。
After reviewing all relevant evidence, we have confirmed that the incident occurred in 2022, before PROFEK was competing as a semi-professional or professional player in Riot Games' VALORANT esports ecosystem. Therefore, the matter does not fall within the scope of the Riot Games Esports Global Code of Conduct.	在审查了所有相关证据后，我们确认该事件发生在2022年，而当时PROFEK尚未作为半职业或职业选手参加拳头游戏旗下的无畏契约赛事。因此，此事不属于《拳头游戏全球电竞行为准则》的管辖范围。
