和联系人任务不同，对战任务是 GTA 在线模式中一种允许玩家以 PVP 形式进行的任务类型。在这类任务中，玩家将需要彼此对抗，争取抢先达成某一任务目标。玩家可以直接通过小地图上的星形标记处的触发点启动这些对战任务差事，也可以直接在“Rockstar 制作”选单的“对战”中找到这些对战任务差事。

请注意：对战任务和联系人任务一样属于当前玩家不能制作的差事类型之一。

The team that gets the bonds being exchanged, and makes it back to their drop off with them gets to keep them.
Underhand Contraband	15	3 - 12	3	News travels fast, if your outfit's got the lowdown on a black market shipment stashed in the back of a Granger near Lake Vinewood, chances are you're not the only ones. Three teams compete with each other, and the guys being robbed, to get the merchandise back to their bases of operations.
Escape From LS	25	2 - 16	2	Bank a stack of unmarked bills you've found at a rec center? You best believe someone will come looking for them. If all of the Runners can get out of town to the same hideout in the hills, the money will be theirs. If the Hunters can take any one of them down, they'll get the cash. There's no second chances here, if you're taken out, you stay out of it.
