在游戏中

新怪谈-2536将在回合开始后的60秒内开始生成。当新怪谈-2536准备生成时，它会随机选择想要靠近的队伍：D级人员、科学家、设施警卫或MTF，每个队伍都有25%的机会。选择队伍后，新怪谈-2536将在该队伍的一个随机玩家附近生成。音乐将开始播放，以提醒玩家新怪谈-2536的出现，并且会有五个礼物与其一起生成。这些礼物，也被称为新怪谈-2536-1，可以被任何人打开，而其中的战利品是在玩家打开礼物时选择的。过一段时间后，新怪谈-2536将消失一段时间，然后再次开始这个过程。在给定的回合中，新怪谈-2536不会选择同一个玩家超过一次。一旦SCP-2536访问了一个回合中的每个玩家，它将清除其“访问过的玩家”名单，允许新怪谈2536再次访问他们。

战利品

新怪谈-2536使用“战利品类别”来决定它将给予玩家什么，选择一个类别后，新怪谈-2536将选择一个随机物品给予。

新怪谈-2536在每次显现时只能选择同一类别一次。一旦新怪谈-2536重新出现，它可以再次选择同一类别。

如果一个玩家满足多个类别的要求，新怪谈-2536将选择紧急级别最高的那一个，其中4是最低优先级，0是最高优先级。如果玩家满足同一紧急级别的多个类别的要求，新怪谈-2536将以相等的机会随机选择一个。

The two instances of SCP-2176 can not be picked up or used by the player. Both are launched out of the present, with the second instance having a small delay. Both instances will shatter in the room, forcing all the doors to open.
SCP-1576 is only granted if the player does not already have it in their inventory and if SCP-1576 was not already given to a player earlier in the round.
