In both ZB-014 and ZB-016 on Woods, look for the broken crate in the first room and a "place" marker will come up. You have to place two seperate items per bunker. It takes 20 seconds to place each of the items. If you release the key or are otherwise interrupted, the timer will reset. Additionally, checking exits will interrupt your placement timer. After placing the items the player does not need to extract, the quest is completed whether you die or not.
