Alien Carapace is a type of biomass item which can be retrieved from dead Hogs, Alpha Hogs, Flying Crab Hatchers and Space Giraffe-Tick-Penguin-Whale Things. It can be directly used as fuel in the Biomass Burner or vehicles.

 Alien Carapace reveals the Alien Organisms Research chain in the M.A.M. when picked up.

AWESOME Sink

 Alien Carapace cannot be sunk into the AWESOME Sink and will clog the input.

Tips

• Although Alien Carapaces can be used as fuel directly, it is much more efficient to convert them into Biomass or even Solid Biofuel before burning it.
• Alien Carapace, like Alien Organs, can be used to store large amount of biomass energy due to its stack size and conversion rate.
