沙盒/无尽模式 is a unique mechanic that allows the player to replay the main story of the game in an alternate universe while keeping all of their items and bases with them. New Game+ also has exclusive content, allowing players to become even stronger. Activating 沙盒/无尽模式 requires the completion of the main games story as well as defeating multiple optional bosses.

Starting New Game+

To start New Game+, the player must locate a lab located in the upper section of the Flower Bed, across the Koi Pond. This lab is located in a cave in the far east of the area, against the retaining wall below the Upper Grasslands. Outside this lab is a large door with four computer monitors with a unique symbol on each, indicating what the player has to do. To open the door, the player must kill the Hedge Broodmother, Mantis, Wasp Queen, and beat the JavaMatic defense. Killing Director Schmector and the Infected Broodmother are not required.

Upon doing all tasks, the door can open and the player can interact with a device inside known as a REMIX.R, Once you interact with the REMIX.R it will bring you back to the Kid Case and you start New Game+.

Repeating Changes

These changes are reapplied every 沙盒/无尽模式 level:

Reverted Mechanics

The following mechanics are reset every 沙盒/无尽模式:

All story-content will be reset from the beginning.
All Resource Nodes and non-respawnable Creatures are spawned again.
All Milk Molars the player did not collect are removed a remixed in random locations.
Interactable structures such as Cracked Rocks, the Leaning Shovel, the Cooler Box, and the Large Disassembled TAYZ.T are reset to their original state.
Large Backyard events such as the Ant Queens, sealing the Haze, and opening the Brawny Boy Bin are reverted.
All Data Items, except keys (Not including Assistant Manager keycard) and recipe notes, are reset and put in their place.
All Sites & Wonders are undiscovered and have to be discovered again.

Non-Reverted Mechanics

The following mechanics stay the same or with the player every 沙盒/无尽模式:

All items on the players character.
All Base Buildings placed in the world.
All Creature Cards.
All Mutations.
All SCA.B Flavor Schemes.
All Mega Milk Molars, even if uncollected they will not move.
All Keys and Recipe Note Data Items.
All Pets.

Stat Changes

Creature health and damage is increases by 70%.
Defense events spawn count is increases by 10%.
Defense events maximum spawn count increases by 50%.
Infused Creatures receive an additional effect up until NG+9.

Visual Changes

The house becomes red.
The oak tree becomes green.
The Sandbox becomes blue.
The upwards bike near the Woodpile becomes green.
The Samsquanch Dirt Bike becomes orange.
The wheelbarrow becomes yellow.

Boss Changes

The Mant can summon a Infused "Mini-Mant" if any entity gets hit by its spore bomb attack, including the Mant's own summons.
- This Mini-Mant has equal damage to the Mant but only 500 health, but all Mini-Mants will die 20 seconds after spawning.

Creature Changes

Additional Black Ox Beetle locations:
- Next to the Mysterious Machine.
- In the upper section of the Flower Bed near the REMIX.R.
Additional Green Shield Bug locations:
- The small patch of Grasslands outside the Hedge Lab, near the Stinkbug in the area.
- North of the Frankenline in the Dry Grass patch, near the Stinkbugs in the area.
- 2 patrolling the eastern side of Rake Rock Point.
Additional Moth locations:
- On top of the western-most laser.
- On top of the Fallen Oak Branch.
- In front of the Garden Gnome.
Additional Termite King locations:
- A second Termite King next to the original.
